We’re proud to announce that we’re pairing up with owner Allyson Howard of Invitation Bookshop in Gig Harbor to supply the book each month for our bookclub. I cannot overemphasize the importance of independent book sellers and are so thrilled that we’ll be able to work with Invitation Bookshop as our local partner in crime on this whole idea! We urge you to either order your book through Island View Wine & Bookclub OR pick up the book at Invitation Bookshop (5125 Olympic Drive Ste 104 Gig Harbor WA 98335) at your leisure. Allyson will have the books available in her shop at the front counter for easy pick up.
We know it’s tempting to order from an online bookseller & have it delivered – but please choose to either pick up your book & wine at Island View OR pick up the book at Invitation Bookshop. Support LOCAL!!

Buty Merlot/Cabernet Franc ($44.99) and Le Monde Cabernet Franc ($19.99) are available at Island View Market – pick up a bottle for sipping as you read! We’ll have both wines & snacks available in the pub on the night of bookclub!
